Missouri's Amendment 3 on the November ballot would repeal the 2024 reproductive freedom protections and impose constitutional bans on transgender hormone treatments and surgeries for minors. It would also require parental notification for minors seeking abortions, mandate cleanliness and patient care inspections of abortion facilities, and restrict abortions to cases of rape, incest, or the mother's health.
