Missouri voters will decide on Nov. 3 whether to pass a pro-life Amendment 3 that would repeal the 2022 pro-abortion constitutional amendment and reinstate many of the state's previous abortion restrictions, including bans on most abortions with exceptions for medical emergencies, rape, incest, and fatal fetal anomalies.
